01How we deliver
- Everything is delivered digitally — through email, shared cloud folders, live links, design files, repositories and recorded walkthroughs.
- Each deliverable has a definition of done written into the Scope of Work.
- Live sessions and reviews happen on video calls or in person, as agreed.
- No physical shipping applies. Where a project includes printed or produced items, they are handled by third-party vendors under separate terms.

Exact dates are fixed in your agreement once the signed contract and cleared advance are in place.
03What moves a timeline
Delivery dates shift day-for-day when feedback arrives late, a decision-maker is unavailable, access is not granted, or a milestone payment is outstanding. We confirm revised dates in writing.
04Acceptance & handover
Each milestone is reviewed and signed off before the next invoice. A deliverable with no consolidated feedback within the acceptance window (normally five working days) is treated as accepted. On final payment we hand over source files, accounts, documentation and training recordings, and transfer ownership of any accounts and domains created for you.
