03Before you write
- Your name and business, and your project, order or invoice number if you have one.
- What happened and what you expected — a screenshot helps.
- Write from the email address we know you by, so we can verify it’s you.
Stay safe. DRSTY will never ask for your password or an OTP, or ask you to pay into a personal account. Payment links come from our payment provider. If anything looks off, check with us first.
04Payments & invoices
- We accept UPI, cards and bank transfer, through a secure payment link or against a GST invoice.
- Every payment gets a GST invoice by email.
- If money leaves your account but the payment fails, it’s usually reversed automatically within 5–7 working days. If not, see failed or duplicate payments.
- Registered company details (company name, CIN and GSTIN) will be listed on our contact page on incorporation.
05Stop our emails
Every marketing email from DRSTY has a one-click “Unsubscribe” link, and inboxes like Gmail and Apple Mail show their own unsubscribe button. Either takes you off every DRSTY list at once, instantly. You can also email drsty.insquad@gmail.com with the subject “Unsubscribe”. Project and invoice emails for active clients aren’t marketing, so they continue until the work ends.
06Common questions
How fast will you reply?
Within one working day for SRSTY orders, cancellations and delivery problems, and within two working days for everything else. Grievances are acknowledged within 24 hours.
Can I change or cancel an SRSTY order?
Yes. Before your kick-off call you get a full refund. After kick-off, the SRSTY section of our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.
I asked for the checklist but it hasn’t arrived.
It is emailed within one working day — usually the next morning, India time. Check spam, then write to us and we’ll resend it.
How do I stop your emails?
Click “Unsubscribe” in any email from us, or use your inbox’s unsubscribe button. It works instantly and takes you off every DRSTY list.
How do I get my data deleted?
Email us with the subject “Privacy request” from the address we hold. We reply within 30 days.
Will DRSTY ever ask for my password or OTP?
Never. We also never ask you to pay into a personal account. If a message claiming to be from DRSTY asks for either, don’t act on it — tell us.
